At Swaddles Baby, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they stay protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
